Personal Injury Court is an all-new half-hour, M-F strip from the creators of Couples Court and Paternity Court. Judge Gino Brogdon will preside over highly-charged cases involving litigants alleging personal harm caused by the careless actions of the defendants. Using all available evidence including surveillance videos, reenactments, expert testimony and eye-witness accounts, Judge Brogdon must decide who is legally responsible for the litigant’s injuries.

Cases will include slip and falls, dog-bite victims, workplace accidents, broken limbs, car accidents, medical malpractice and life-altering injuries. Personal Injury Court will also have the biggest cash settlements of any court show on TV!
